Circle Tail, Inc. provides assistance dogs to people with mobility, hearing, neurological and emotional needs to increase independenc, and provides a better life for abused and unwanted animals at our sanctuary and through adoption. We receive our dogs through donations, from unwanted litters and from humane shelters, and do not charge recipients for their assistance dogs.
