Fun for our Troops' mission is to to aid in stress relief and relaxation by providing high tech and interactive games to the men and women serving abroad to protect our freedom. The troops overseas are never far from our minds and hearts. Many of our service men and women are gamers and rely on game play to distract them and life their spirits. Studies show that thirty minutes of playing games can reduce stress levels significantly by giving the hands and mind something active in which to partake! Research indicates that interactive gaming is beneficial for mental and physical health. Benefits of interactive gaming include: Stress reduction, lowering blood pressure and starving off anxiety, depression, isolation, loneliness and disease & Brain Health, helping to keep the brain stimulated, sharp and healthy.
